Week 1 & 2: Mastering The Middle Split. This is where you’ll dial in the foundational basics of what it takes to perform perfect middle splits. Each day, you’ll feel your muscles stretching beyond what they’re normally capable of doing—making you more mobile and flexible until you’re finally ready to move to the front splits. Don’t worry. If pacing feels too fast for your extra tight body, Coach KB will personally get your back in the game with 1-on-1 recommendations.
Week 3 & 4: Performing Your First Front Split. This is where you will start to understand your body better. Every day, you will get yourself closer to commanding your pelvic, thigh, hamstring, and core muscles to tighten and loosen at will. This will allow you to drop lower to the floor and perform your first front split at warp speed. Plus, it will also allow you to know when to stop before you snap your muscles and cause injury. This alone is worth the $90/month investment.
Week 5 & 6: Achieving Ultra Flexibility. Once you are able to perform both splits (front and middle)… you will then move on to the advanced movements to do both splits simultaneously. Doing them both in one go will reactivate different parts of muscles your body rarely uses, allowing you total freedom of how your body moves, feels, and looks. This is where you will feel like an athlete. It’s where you will start feeling 10 years younger than your actual age.
Beyond 45 Days: Becoming A Coach. After dialing in all the right movements and techniques of doing full splits like an athlete… you will learn how to coach new members to achieve their physical fitness goals and earn a decent passive income every single month in return.
